Okay, so I'm thinking of getting a mac, not to replace my PC but to help take some of the work load off of it (namely in the flash and audio making department). so what does everybody say? sould I spend my money on a mac, or keep on truckin with my PC???

Defintely mac, Windows sucks ass. It's got tons of intersting software( download illegal versions if you don't want to buy them XD ) for Audio + video.
I'm a Audio Visual Formation-student in Belgium and we use mac at almos every departement of the school: Photography=> Mac, I.T=>Mac, Graphic Education=>Mac
These are all things you are able to study at my school WITH the help of Mac ofcourse :)
